Edtech company Nearpod raises $21 million to bring interactive lessons to classrooms - 2017 -Miami Herald

After a year of rapid growth, education-technology company Nearpod of Aventura has closed a $21 million in Series B funding led by Insight Venture Partners. Existing Miami-based investors Krillion Ventures and AGP Miami also participated in the round.
